updated? 9 Months after the election and it still has Gummer as candidate not MP- Maybe you should wait to post about new webite when it is updated maybe the same time as Gummer has his own site up- On October 25th he said it would be up in a fortnight – 10 weeks later still waiting!

  2. Didn’t you notice that Ben Gummer’s surgery dates have been updated? I think it would be good if none of the Ipswich Conservative sites are updated as Ipswich Labour seem to get upset by it. There’s the New Strategic Direction and Divestment Plan, the fire and rescue HQ being moved to Cambridgeshire, Iceni losing funding and lots of other things while Ipswich Labour seem to think that somebody not updating their website is the major issue of the day.

Or are you just jealous that you can’t have fun blogging about articles on Ipswich Conservatives site like we at A riverside View and Bridge Ward News have blogging about articles on Ipswich Labour’s site?

Far more simple reason than that – it would be nice to have a site that the Ipswich public could look up and find/or send an e mail to their MP, Cllr – , so really a public information service – it seems that 90% of all MP’s have a site and Mr Gummer did say on Oct 25th that he would have a site by November 9th!
We know by the amount of walk in’s and contact through the website that Chris Mole had when MP, that a large percentage of case work comes to an MP via those means- so even more reason why Mr Gummer and local Cllrs need to ahve up to date websites/contact details- then again less contact is less case work, same as no leaflets delivered, no case work back.

  3. Ben Gummer’s Email is clearly on his website. Also if anyone wanted to Email their councillor they’d go here.

  4. Also acknowledge the below change on Ben Gummer’s Site: (sorry, I mean holding page)

    Ipswich:
    9 Fore Street,
    Ipswich
    IP4 1JW
    Tel: 01473 232 883
    Email: ben@bengummer.com

(Now he has the 01473 number and seems he has changed address away from IP City Centre?)

The address seems to be directed at Red Eye Records Ltd
