Alasdair Ross’ last Weeks as a Borough Councillor (III)

The last couple of weeks really haven’t been going well for Ipswich Labour in Rushmere Ward. At the start of the campaign they considered it as ‘in the bag’ but over the last week they have been seen frantically canvassing the ward.

Ipswich Spy has written much about Ipswich Labour’s plan to evict Ransomes sports Club in three posts stating with this one here to the point where Alasdair started blogging about it here and through the week Alasdair has been attempting to say that Ipswich Labour’s plan to evict the sports club is some how Judy Terry’s fault. Most socialists who can’t find a way out of a hole they’ve dug blame Margeret Thatcher but Alasdair likes to blame Judy Terry. How a Conservative Councillor could be responsibble for a Labour Council’s decision is beyond me and it is no doubt beyond the residents of Rushmere Ward too.

I would check the dates of the posts- I posted on the 22nd about Ransomes and Ipswich Spy started on the 26th – check your facts but not surprised you haven’t as nowhere have we said we would build houses on Ransomes- and Terry knows it so she puts in a leaflet that the club think we want to put houses on the site.
Tories were at the meeting in February- none asked a question and it was not called into Scrutiny- why? Because they know we want it to remain as a sports club.
I would expect as a candidate in the election you would print facts- so start by checking dates of the posts.
