The priorities of Ipswich Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate

Labour’s parliamentary candidate for Ipswich cares so little for Ipswich that the last rant he made on Ipswich Labour’s website was about a school in Northumberland. Apparently the school is holding classes in a converted bus. So what? Saint Matthews C0fE School in the parliamentary candidates own council ward is holding classes in the church next door. But our local councillor is more concerned about a school in Northumberland than one in his ward. What kind of MP would be more interested in a school the other end of the country than one in the constituency? More to the point, what kind of councillor would be more interested in a school the other end of the country than one in his ward?

Labour’s parliamentary candidate says nothing about the Suffolk Academy being rebuilt because of the hard work of our excellent member of parliament, Ben Gummer. Labour’s parliamentary candidate is far more interested in what is happening in Northumberland than what is happening to a school that serves the borough council ward he is supposed to represent. We all knew that Ipswich Labour don’t care about Gipping Ward and I guess this is further proof. This demonstrates how uninterested Labour’s parliamentary candidate is in his ward and points to how uninterested he would be in Ipswich if Ipswich ever had the misfortune of having him as its MP.

Gipping Ward needs a councillor who was brought up locally and cares for and understands the ward.

Ipswich needs an MP who was brought up locally and cares for and understands Ipswich and that person is Ben Gummer MP.
