Zero-hours contracts exclusivity clauses ban comes into force

Rules banning exclusivity clauses in zero-hours contracts come into force from the 26th of May 2015.

The rules, which were introduced by the last coalition government, come into effect with the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015, which was passed the 26th of May 2015.

As they don’t care about working people, neither the Labour party or the Unions had anything to say about the act coming into force.
