I am voting ‘no’ in the EU Referendum

As the Europhiles have been rather busy already.

Canada is a member of the United Nations, a member of the Commonwealth, a member G8, a member of G20 and a member of NATO as the United Kingdom is and if the Europhiles are correct, then it obviously couldn’t possibly survive as a country without closer political union with the rest of NAFTA. It just can’t survive with it’s own currency and it’s parliament having supremacy over all decisions effecting that country. It must sign up to things that help the US at it’s expense to not be economically and politically isolated. The Europhiles are wrong! Canada can indeed, survive as a country without closer political union with the rest of NAFTA. It can survive with it’s own currency and it’s parliament having supremacy over all decisions effecting that country. It doesn’t have to sign up to things that help the US at it’s expense and having sovereignty over it’s own affairs does not make Canada economically and politically isolated

The United Kingdom is a member of the United Nations, a member of the Commonwealth, a member G8, a member of G20 and a member of NATO as Canada is and as Canada can survive as a country without closer political union with the rest of NAFTA, the United Kingdom can survive as a country without closer political union with the rest of the EU. The United Kingdom can survive with it’s own currency and it’s parliament having supremacy over all decisions effecting it. It doesn’t have to sign up to things that help the French and the Germans at it’s expense and having sovereignty over it’s own affairs would not make the United Kingdom economically and politically isolated. On the contrary, with our sovereignty restored, our politicians can go to India, China and the United States and get trade agreements that are beneficial to us as well as the countries the agreements are made with and the EU will no longer be able to interfere and make those agreements unworkable.

The European Union is an ideologically driven, anti democratic, federalist project and all Europeans should oppose it. It has nothing to do with trade but everything to do with the political elite of Europe obtaining the dreams of Hitler and Napoleon by stealth. We are better off out of it.

The idea that they would stop trading with us is ridiculous. We would continue to trade with countries ruled by the EU regime in Brussels as we trade with other country’s ruled by dictators.

To say that the EU could be democratised is like saying Iraq could have become a democracy with Saddam Hussein remaining in power. The rulers in Brussels hate democracy. They believe that the EU should be ruled by people like them and they have an absolute disdain for any ideas that are contrary to theirs. They successfully replaced elected governments with puppet governments in both Greece and Italy so that they could continue impoverishing the people in those countries to further their ideological dreams and in so doing showed the world their contempt for democracy. To defend ourselves from losing our freedom to the dictatorship that is the European Union, we should leave it.

The European Union is also guilty of environmental degradation an example of which is depleted North Sea Fish Stocks. If we had sovereignty over our waters we could set up conservation areas. The common fisheries policy was brought in for the purpose of plundering our fish stocks.

Then there is the Common Agricultural Policy which is designed to help French farmers at the expense of British farmers. We need to protect our agricultural industry too.

We also need control of our borders. Not only do we need control of our borders so we know who is coming in but we need control of our borders to stop people being trafficked here. Now obviously, tight borders make human trafficking more lucrative but loose borders make the traffickers money by making their crime easy.

Whatever the outcome of the renegotiations, I do not believe the deal will be good enough for us and I shall be voting ‘no.’ We are better off out of the European Union.

The Europhiles are using scare tactics to persuade people to vote ‘yes’ They claim that businesses will leave the country for the continent to tap into the single market. What utter nonsense! If they were solely in this country because of our EU status, they would be moving to Eastern Europe where the labour is cheap too increase their profits now. They wouldn’t wait for us to leave and the idea that they would is ridiculous.

If the majority of people in this country vote for our freedom then these four steps will be followed.

1) The government to announce an immediate halt to implementation of new EU directives or enforcing new EU Regulations. Open negotiations for a UK/EU Free Trade Agreement with the EU and start the drafting of an ECA Repeal Bill

2) Repeal Bill introduced and passed by both houses to become the Repeal Act.
Continue to honour certain regional grants and other payments until the Special Independence Budget is announced. A draft EU/UK Free Trade Agreement would be produced and Deregulation committees established

3) The Trade Agreement would be presented for approval to UK Parliament and ratified. Withdraw representatives from the European Parliament and all financial contributions ceased.
Once free of EU, measures to be introduced to reassert control.

4) Establish key areas of co-operation in the new Trade Agreement with EU such as sea navigation, telecommunications, air safety, respect for property, intellectual rights, transition time-scales.
Following public consultation, the Deregulation committees would present ongoing legislation to Parliament which allows time for UK citizens to plan for the changes and this would be supported by Transition committees in each govt department. Funds normally dedicated to EU membership could be re-allocated to individuals and companies to aid the transition.

‘Once this procedure is complete, Britain will have restored full sovereignty and total control over British laws to the British people and their representatives in Westminster. Moreover, the relationship with the EU would now be mutually beneficial as it will be based on friendly trade, not political control by unelected, democracy hating, ideologically driven, federalists with an abhorrent agenda.
