All you need to know about Reform Party UK LimitedBy: William Havard

“The ‘Reform Party UK Limited’ is a company and business created to enrich its founders. It isn’t a normal democratic political party.

According to Companies House, there are currently just three active directors: Nigel Farage, Richard Tice and Reform CEO, Paul Oakden (the ex-UKIP Chairman – who stated that he is worried about the “globalist totalitarian” approach of both Labour and the Conservatives)!

The company has 15 shares, 8 of them are owned by controlling majority shareholder Farage, 5 by Tice and 2 by Oakden!

The companies leadership has floated between its shareholders Farage (It’s honorary president, 7 times failed parliamentary seat contender; shameless Trumpian cheerleader, current party leader and potential Westminster candidahte for Clacton) and Tice!

Farage, who portrays himself as a man of the people and an innocent victim of circumstances – with all the charisma of an Oswald Mosley – has no one’s interest at heart – except of course his own!

Reform’s 3 current members (the minimum requirement of the Electoral Commission for acceptance) are Richard Tice, Nominating Officer Tracy Knowles and Treasurer Mehrtash A’Zami!

Its co- deputy leaders – both former BREXIT party members of the European Parliament; Ben (let migrants drown in the channel) Habib and former Conservative Parliamentary candidate, current television presenter and vocal defender of the right David Bull!

The Reform Party structure has been criticised for not providing the party’s over 115,000 paying registered supporters with membership or voting power to influence party policy – with majority shareholder Nigel Farage retaining high level control over – decision making including hand-picking its candidates himself!

The dictatorial structure of this Limited Company allows its directors, and them alone, to control its business aims, aspirations and ambitions without the need to canvass or pamper to the views of its support base!

The Brexit Party Limited and its renamed Reform Party UK Ltd financiers include:

  • Steve Bannon the former White House’s chief strategist in Donald Trump’s administration and creator of ‘The Movement’ a group that seeks to target and fund right wing Conservative parties and politicians that sit on Government benches everywhere – who has managed to destabilise the world!
  • Former Conservative donor, businessman Jeremy Hosking, who has donated over £2,578,000 (he has also given £3.5 million to Laurence Fox’s Reclaim Party – and more than £6 million to right-wing parties)!
  • Christopher Harborne, a Thailand based, technology investor and businessman; Ex-Bullingdon Club member!
  • George Farmer, the husband of Candace Owens and former CEO of far-right platform Parler!

It was reported by DeSmog that all of Reform Party’s funders in 2023 had oil and gas investments or ties to climate science denial!

Reform UK holds a vocal anti-net zero stance, which appears to reflect its funding streams by the likes of Panther Securities an anti-climate policies voice and First Corporate – a consultants firm owned by Terence Mordaunt, director of the UK’s leading climate science denial group, Global Warming Policy Foundation!

The Party has been criticised by the Electoral Commission over gifts accepted through online payments systems such as PayPal and told to check all donations for “possible illegal funding”!

This is not so much a political party than a confidence stratagem to enable the wealthy to undermine democracy and achieve their aspirations unhindered! “
